Job Description

We are looking for a skilled consultant to support the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Vienna, Austria for a period of 6 months. Your role will involve analyzing the UNEP Western Balkan project portfolio, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the development of environmental outlook proposals. You’ll work closely with UNEP teams to review existing materials, conduct consultations, and identify donor opportunities, all while promoting gender equality and transparency. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree in environmental management or related fields, along with at least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in English.
