Local Consultant – Civil Engineer (Building Services for Witness Protection Judiciary, ODPP & NPS in Kenya)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled consultant to support the Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery in Kenya (PLEAD) Phase II, focusing on the design and successful execution of infrastructure projects within the justice sector. This role involves delivering comprehensive technical assessments and engaging in procurement processes for offices related to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), Witness Protection Agency (WPA), and other key institutions. You will oversee construction, ensure compliance with quality and design standards, and facilitate user training for long-term sustainability. This opportunity is based in Nairobi, Kenya, for a duration of 70 working days from August 25, 2025, to March 30, 2026. 🌍🔧📑
