We are seeking a consultant to assist in developing a new digital transformation strategy for the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Modernization of Administration (MTNMA) in Mauritania. 🌍 The candidate will conduct a thorough review of existing national policies and international best practices, engage with key stakeholders through interviews, and assess current strategies for digital advancement. 📊 The final deliverables include a comprehensive report in Arabic or French, featuring a detailed executive summary and an updated strategy, while ensuring adherence to ESCWA’s guidelines on plagiarism and referencing. Candidates must possess a master’s degree in ICT or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and be fluent in either Arabic or French. 📚 This position is remote and has a duration of 2 months.
