MIP Research and Communication Intern

Join us in The Hague, Netherlands, for a meaningful internship opportunity at the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals starting July 2025, lasting 3-6 months. 🌍 In this role, you’ll support the Mechanism Information Programme for Affected Communities, engaging in research and public outreach to promote understanding and contribute to reconciliation related to the conflicts of the 1990s. 📚 Your tasks will include conducting legal research, creating public information products, assisting with social media campaigns, and helping organize online events. To apply, you should be enrolled in or have completed a relevant university degree, with a strong command of English and preferably some knowledge of Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and you’ll be responsible for your travel, accommodation, and living expenses.
