The United Nations is seeking a skilled Mission Planning Officer to join the Strategic Planning Unit in Juba, South Sudan 🇸🇩. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to create and implement effective strategies aimed at promoting peace in the region 🌍. Your responsibilities will include revising mission plans, advising on strategic direction and policy, facilitating partnerships, and supporting peacebuilding efforts through monitoring and evaluation 📊. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of professional experience in political or humanitarian affairs, and fluency in English.
