National Consultant: Farmer trainer – EU ACP Business Friendly Project (Ethiopia)
Job Description
As a part of the Support to Business Friendly and Inclusive National and Regional Policies program, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Consultant to support agricultural practices and coffee value chain development in Ethiopia. You will deliver training on Good Agricultural Practices to 5,000 smallholder farmers, establish coffee demonstration plots, and coordinate with 18 Field Technicians to ensure efficient data reporting and farmer engagement. This role is home-based with occasional domestic travel, and you will be expected to produce monthly reports from August to December 2025. A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, technology, or related fields is required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
