National Consultant: Farmer trainer – EU ACP Business Friendly Project (Ethiopia)

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Consultant to support farmers in Ethiopia’s coffee sector from August to December 2025. In this home-based role, you’ll provide training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to 5,000 smallholder farmers, establish and oversee 18 coffee demonstration plots, and support 10 model farmers with income diversification strategies 🚜🌱. You’ll also manage 18 Field Technicians, ensuring they deliver monthly reports and contribute to a digital monitoring dashboard 📊.
