National Consultant for the Update of the UN Country Analysis (CA)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled consultant to lead the preparation of the Country Analysis (CA) report for The Gambia, which will guide the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in its strategic efforts aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You will play a crucial role in synthesizing data, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the report is insightful, inclusive, and compliant with current UNSDG guidelines. The position is based in Banjul and will last for 12 weeks. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in development analysis, and strong facilitation and analytical skills. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in French is a plus.
