Job Description

Join the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as a podcast producer for the IPBES Nature Insight Podcast! đź“» In this home-based role, you’ll be responsible for creating a captivating season of 7 episodes, each lasting 20-30 minutes, that showcases the voices of the IPBES community. 🎙️ Collaborate with IPBES staff to organize interviews, manage logistics, and produce high-quality audio content that will be promoted across podcast platforms and social media. With a focus on delivering impactful narratives, you will also analyze listener engagement and provide insights for future seasons. To qualify, you’ll need a Master’s degree in journalism or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in media and a strong track record in podcast production. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of biodiversity is a plus! 🌍 The consultancy spans 8 months, with 6 months of active work.
