Join us for an enriching experience as an intern in the Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office in Vienna! 🌍 This full-time, unpaid internship lasts for 6 months and requires your in-person presence in beautiful Vienna, Austria. You’ll be involved in critical tasks like assisting with tender document preparation, conducting market research, and supporting training initiatives while working alongside a diverse team. Ideal candidates are either graduates or final-year university students with a strong interest in the UN’s mission and a knack for cultural sensitivity. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus. Please note that this opportunity does not cover travel or living expenses. Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions. Interns who are not citizens or permanent residents of the country where the internship is undertaken, may be required to obtain the appropriate visa and work/employment authorization. Successful candidates should discuss their specific visa requirements before accepting the internship offer.
