Job Description
The Programme Management Assistant position is based at the ECLAC Subregional Headquarters for the Caribbean in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. You will play a key role in managing administrative functions for a Development Account project aimed at enhancing resilience in Caribbean SIDS. Your tasks will include drafting correspondence, organizing information, generating reports, supporting meetings, and maintaining project documentation. You should have a high school diploma, relevant experience in office support, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
