Job Description
TheOrg. Setting and Reporting position is situated in the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), specifically within the Human Rights Council and Treaty Mechanisms Division (HRCTMD) in Geneva. The Program Management Assistant will play an essential role in supporting the planning and execution of various program initiatives, including compiling data, coordinating project proposals, and assisting in budget preparations. š Your collaboration with project managers, monitoring program status, and maintaining accurate records will be key to ensuring the smooth operation of these initiatives. Additionally, you will provide support to new staff, help with data analysis, and facilitate communication across departments. This role requires professionalism, a high level of organization, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently. š To qualify, you’ll need a high school diploma and relevant experience in program administration, ideally in international organizations.
