The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) is looking for a qualified individual for the position of Business Continuity and Resilience Unit Coordinator. 🌍 In this role, you’ll assist UNON managers with evaluating and enhancing their Business Continuity Plans (BCP), ensuring organizational resilience against evolving threats. You’ll facilitate functional tests, coordinate policy development, and conduct training workshops while managing crisis preparedness and emergency stocks. Additionally, you’ll be the focal point for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and internal evaluations, guiding strategic directions and maintaining risk registers. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in relevant fields, have at least seven years of progressive experience in crisis and risk management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
