The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) aims to foster socially and environmentally sustainable cities around the globe. 🌍 As part of the Syria Programme based in Aleppo, you will work directly under the Chief Technical Advisor, engaging in developing, implementing, and evaluating UN-Habitat projects in Syria. Your role will involve research, policy development, data analysis, and providing support for meetings and workshops. 📊 You will also coordinate budget activities and contribute to outreach efforts. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in architecture, urban planning, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in project or program management. Collaboration skills and a proactive attitude in crisis management are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage.
