Responsibilities: You will manage and implement data projects, develop innovative systems for decision-making, monitor project progress and report outcomes. Responsibilities also include consulting assignments, research and analysis, policy development, training workshops, and coordination of outreach activities. You will prepare reports, provide guidance during field missions, and oversee budget-related activities as well.
Competencies: Showcase your professionalism in identifying issues and developing effective solutions. Communication skills are key for liaising with partners and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing performance and delegating tasks effectively while promoting an inclusive team culture.
Education: An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, information management, data analytics, or relevant field is required.
Work Experience: Minimum seven years of experience in project or programme management is essential, with a focus on digital innovations, analytics, and crisis management. Field experience in complex settings is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written) is required, and knowledge of another UN language is desirable.
Assessment: Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise and a competency-based interview.
