Job Description

This position as the UNODC Project Officer for Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling is based in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Tunis, Tunisia. You will oversee the implementation of critical initiatives aimed at preventing and addressing human trafficking and migrant smuggling in the MENA region 🌍. Key tasks involve managing projects, training criminal justice actors, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. You’ll bring your expertise in criminology or related fields, at least five years of relevant experience, and fluency in English, Arabic, and French to this vital role serving the region’s needs 🤝. The position highlights professionalism, accountability, and effective planning as essential qualities for success.
