Job Description

Join the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as an intern for a unique opportunity to contribute to the protection and sustainable development of mountain ecosystems! 🌍 This six-month, home-based position will support the organization of the Forum Carpaticum 2025 Conference, where you’ll help with preparations, engage with participants, and contribute to evidence-based recommendations. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a graduate or final year of undergraduate studies in European policy, law, multilevel governance, or energy transition. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is essential, as is a strong command of English – knowledge of another UN language is a plus. 🚀 Please note that this role is unpaid, with all associated travel and accommodation costs covered by the intern or their institution.
