Project Evaluator
Job Description
The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) is looking for a highly qualified individual consultant to evaluate the project, “Developing institutional capacities for digital data management and cooperation to advance progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals.” This role, which is remote and expected to last for 2 months, involves delivering key reports, including an inception report, summary of interviews, and a final evaluation by specified deadlines. The consultant will assess the project’s impact and effectiveness in enhancing data management capacities across 12 diverse countries. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of international experience in evaluating development projects, preferably within the UN system. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of another official UN language is a plus.
