Join us as a Psychosocial Risk Management Expert Advisor to develop and implement a scalable framework for the United Nations system, focused on assessing and mitigating psychosocial risks for UN personnel 🌍. This home-based consultancy, lasting 6 months, aims to enhance workplace mental health and well-being through innovative strategies and comprehensive risk assessment tools 📊. You will lead high-level analyses, create tailored solutions, and foster a culture of resilience and safety within the organization, ultimately contributing to improved staff morale and productivity 📈. Ideal candidates will hold a PhD in a relevant field, possess extensive experience in psychosocial risk management and data analytics, and demonstrate the ability to drive impactful change across diverse UN contexts 🌟. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus.
