The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is seeking a Consultant to support the Climate Mitigation Unit (CMU) in Panama City for a 12-month contract. Your role will involve providing technical assistance on safeguards, benefit-sharing, and legal aspects related to REDD+ in Latin America and the Caribbean 🌎. You’ll collaborate closely with the UNEP team and various partner countries to enhance capacity-building efforts and knowledge management đź“š. The position requires 40 hours of work per week, and you must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) along with experience in environmental projects and REDD+ programs.
