Job Description
The International Seabed Authority (ISA) is seeking an Individual Contractor to support its Office of Stewardship, Environment and Resources (OSER) for a full-time, 6-month engagement. This role will involve drafting reports on discussions from ISA workshops, updating environmental characterization reports for the Indian and Western Pacific Oceans, and contributing to various knowledge products and events. You’ll work remotely, participating in scheduled virtual meetings and potentially traveling as needed. The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in deep sea biology, ecology, or a related field, possess strong communication skills in English, and have experience crafting technical reports.
