Job Description

As a consultant for the Land, Housing and Shelter Section (LHS) at UN-Habitat, your mission is to enhance fundraising and engagement initiatives. This home-based role, expected to last 6 months, involves conducting assessments to pinpoint funding opportunities, analyzing donor trends, and exploring innovative financing mechanisms. Collaborating closely with the Chief of the LHS section and relevant stakeholders, you’ll develop and submit project documents to secure resources for housing and land-related projects. Candidates should possess an advanced degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in resource mobilization, preferably within the UN system. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional UN languages will be an asset. 🌍💼
