Job Description
As a Risk Assessment and Adaptation Planning Expert (Lead Author), you will lead the development of critical guidelines on implementing loss and damage strategies related to climate change, particularly for developing countries 🌍. Your role will involve crafting sections of comprehensive reports, including a national loss and damage framework and essential chapters on risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and data monitoring 📊. You will also integrate inputs from various authors, ensuring alignment with global climate goals and enriching the guidelines with case studies. This remote position spans 5.5 months, requiring a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a solid background in climate adaptation research.
