Job Description
Join us as a Consultant for the Carpathian Convention, where you’ll play a key role in fostering collaboration between science, policy, and practice on sustainability initiatives in the Carpathian region 🌍. Your responsibilities will include coordinating education for sustainable development (ESD) activities, overseeing projects related to pastoralism, and supporting cross-sectoral initiatives that enhance biodiversity. You will liaise with various stakeholders, including UNIDO and local partners, to ensure the effective implementation of projects aimed at green recovery in Ukraine 🇺🇦. We’re looking for someone with a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in environmental policy or sustainable development 🌱. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of a Carpathian language is a plus. This is a full-time, 12-month office-based position, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact in an international setting.
