Join us as a key player in enhancing disaster risk management! 🌩️ As part of our initiative, you will develop a scoping paper that focuses on understanding lightning hazards and risk assessment in Haiti. This important document will inform national disaster risk reduction strategies and research priorities, ultimately advancing early warning systems for communities at risk. This role is fully remote and expected to last for 4 months. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in civil engineering, climate change, or disaster risk management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.
