Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Consultant to produce three high-quality, professionally crafted 10-page technical/policy reports on drought resilience, incorporating comprehensive research and consultations with experts and stakeholders. This role involves updating existing UNCCD materials and completing a 45-page policy-technical brief on drought issues in Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Northern Mediterranean regions. The position is home-based and will run from May to November 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in natural resources management or similar fields, who has extensive experience in drought management and relevant policy frameworks. The ideal candidate will have advanced writing skills in English, a track record of impactful publications, and the ability to meet deadlines while paying attention to detail. šŸŒšŸ“
