The position of Maintenance Manager (Plumbing and HVAC) is located within the Maintenance Management Group at the United Nations Office in Geneva. The successful candidate will oversee a team of eight technicians and manage administrative tasks, including personnel evaluations and contract oversight for over 35 multidisciplinary services. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving technical installations, organizing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to manage complex maintenance projects. Proficiency in both French and English is required.
