Job Description
In the role of Paralegal in the Treaty Section of the Office of Legal Affairs, you will support the Head of the Registration Unit by executing essential paralegal, editorial, and administrative tasks tied to the registration of treaties. 📜 Your responsibilities will include analyzing treaty submissions for compliance, conducting thorough legal research, and providing guidance to Permanent Missions and intergovernmental organizations. You’ll maintain legal reference files, oversee the input of data in our treaty system, and ensure the accuracy of legal documentation. A high school diploma is required, along with a decade of experience in paralegal work or a related field, ideally within international organizations.
