Job Description

The consultancy role focuses on developing crucial studies and documents aimed at enhancing chemical substance management in Brazil. This includes analyzing international models for data gathering on chemical production, import, export, and safety measures. The consultant will engage with various stakeholders, including government ministries and international organizations, to collect and analyze relevant data. Deliverables will include a comparative study of systems, proposals for improvements, and requirements for a national chemical inventory. The contractor will work remotely for approximately 6.5 months under the supervision of the UNEP Brazil Office Representative.
