Job Description

The Staff Counsellor, P-3, position is based in the Human Resources Management Section of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in Congo (MONUSCO) located in Kinshasa, Beni, and Entebbe. This role involves assessing staff mental health, providing critical incident support, and collaborating with medical and welfare teams to enhance the well-being of personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical psychology or psychiatry, with additional certifications in relevant areas. Fluency in English and French is essential, along with at least five years of experience in staff counseling or related fields.
