Join us in Geneva for a 6-month internship with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), where you can play a crucial role in promoting sustainable development through the effective use of our global environment 🌍. You’ll support the Industry and Economy Division’s initiatives focused on transitioning towards a green economy, specifically engaged in projects around fiscal policies, trade, and sustainable budgeting 🌱. If you’re currently enrolled in a graduate program or have recently graduated, with a background in economics, environment, or public policy, this opportunity will be a great fit! Strong research, communication skills, and a passion for sustainability are essential 🔍. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional UN language like Spanish is a plus 😊. Interns are responsible for their travel and living expenses.
