The Technical Consultant will play a vital role in the successful implementation of the Paraguay + Verde project under the supervision of the REDD+ Programme Officer and Project Coordinator at the UNEP Office for Latin America and the Caribbean. 🌳 This position focuses on providing technical expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), ensuring the project meets its objectives and adheres to high standards of transparency. Key responsibilities include developing M&E frameworks, conducting data analyses, generating evaluation reports, and training project staff on M&E techniques. The consultant will also assist in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications, all while fostering collaboration among various institutions.
