Job Description

The Telecommunications Assistant position is available in the Service Design and Provisioning Team (SDP) at the United Nations Office at Vienna, working under the Senior Information Technology Assistant. This role involves overseeing mobile telecommunications, managing audio and video conferencing setups, and supporting users with technical issues. Responsibilities include monitoring usage, coordinating with service providers, maintaining databases, and assisting with training materials. We seek an individual with solid technical skills, a collaborative spirit, and at least seven years of relevant experience, including working with conferencing devices and mobile communication services.
