Join us as an intern with the UNEP Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), where you will contribute to making a positive impact on the environment and sustainable development! 🌍 This 6-month opportunity, based out of the International Environment House in Geneva, Switzerland or remotely, allows you to dive into financial insights through data analysis, assist in creating reports and presentations, and support invoicing processes among other exciting tasks. We are looking for motivated students in their final year of academic programs in Business Administration, Finance or related fields, who can communicate fluently in English (knowledge of another UN language is a plus!). This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills while supporting the UN’s important mission! 😄 Please note that interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions. Interns who are not citizens or permanent residents of the country where the internship is undertaken, may be required to obtain the appropriate visa and work/employment authorization. Successful candidates should discuss their specific visa requirements before accepting the internship offer.
