Job Description

The United Nations is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join the Central Maintenance and Repair Unit (CMRU) at the UN Global Service Centre in Brindisi, Italy, for a duration of 6 months. In this role, you will ensure the effective maintenance and repair of the UN-owned fleet, carrying out inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards 🚗🔧. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, refurbishing vehicles, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driving license are required, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French would be beneficial.
