Job Description

We are seeking a skilled consultant to enhance Zambia’s national industrial policy 🌍, working from home 🏠 from September 1, 2025, to December 1, 2025. You will collaborate with the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry to critically review the current industrial policy, identify improvements, and support the development of a National Battery Strategy for electric vehicle battery production 🔋. Additionally, your role will involve assessing the capacity for industrial statistics collection and advising on best practices in this area 📊. To qualify, you should hold a Master’s degree in economics or a related field and have at least 10 years of international experience in industrial policy analysis, particularly in developing countries 🤝.
