Job Description
As an Accounting Assistant in the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF), you will be crucial in managing a vast global investment portfolio of over $90 billion. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing alternative investment valuations, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring robust accounting and reporting processes. Collaborating with a diverse team based in New York, you’ll also assist in the preparation of financial statements and provide guidance to colleagues. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least seven years of relevant experience, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
