The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is seeking a dedicated Executive Support Assistant to join the Office of the Registrar. In this vital role, you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support, manage the Registrar’s calendar, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate information flow, all while ensuring confidentiality and efficient communication. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Registrar and the Office staff, contributing to meetings and events, managing correspondence, and upholding protocol standards. A minimum of seven years of general office support experience is required, alongside proficiency in English and French.
