In this role, you will provide essential support in human resources administration, general office tasks, and program assistance to ensure the division operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, coordinating the onboarding of new staff, maintaining schedules, and updating publication inventories. You should bring at least five years of relevant experience, a secondary education diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
