Job Description

The Associate Economic Affairs Officer will be part of the Division for Gender Affairs, under the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. This role involves analyzing and interpreting economic data, maintaining databases, and assisting in the creation of economic models. You will prepare reports and support intergovernmental meetings by summarizing discussions. Additionally, you’ll collaborate on technical cooperation projects aimed at promoting economic development and assess their implementation. We value professionalism, teamwork, and effective planning skills, so your ability to work well with others and organize tasks efficiently will be crucial. A first-level university degree in economics is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. 🌎📊
