Associate Project Officer
Job Description
As an Associate Project Officer in the Regional Office for the Andean Region and the Southern Cone (ROCOL) of the UNODC, based in Bogotá, Colombia, you’ll manage and coordinate critical initiatives against human trafficking and migrant smuggling in Latin America and the Caribbean 🌍. You’ll work closely with various regional teams and stakeholders to implement the project “Promoting Action and Cooperation among countries at global level against Trafficking in Human Beings and the Smuggling of Migrants” (PACTS) ⚖️. Your role will involve providing technical assistance, monitoring progress, organizing training, and ensuring effective communication with government counterparts to further these vital goals 🗣️. A Master’s degree in a related field and relevant work experience will be important for success in this role.
