CCAC AQMx Transport Expert
Job Description
The CCAC AQMx Transport Expert will draft three in-depth Sectoral Guidance papers (around 8,000 words each) focusing on key aspects of road transport’s impact on health, climate, and ecosystems, while also highlighting actionable steps for policy-makers 🚀. This role involves identifying at least 30 valuable resources to enhance the AQMx Resource Exchange Library, covering topics like emissions standards, fuel quality, and gender considerations 🌍. The position is remote and spans 8 months (70% part-time), as part of the Climate and Clean Air Coalition’s efforts to promote cleaner air and reduce short-lived climate pollutants 🌬️. A Master’s degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience are required 💼. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional UN languages is a bonus 🌐.
