We are seeking a CCAC TEAP Agriculture (Rice Sector) Report Consultant to develop a detailed 30 to 40-page report on Digital Agriculture Extension Services aimed at improving methane measurement and reporting in the rice sector 🌾. This consultant will analyze the costs and benefits of these services, identify key geographies for implementation, explore public policy needs, and provide case studies of successful practices 📈. The position is remote, with a duration of 6 months, and requires extensive experience in agriculture, digital services, and research in developing countries 🌍. Fluency in English is essential, and experience in preparing concise reports for policymakers is preferred.
