Job Description

The Chief of Operations and Resource Management (ORM) position at the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) in Camp Faouar, Syria, is a key role focused on enhancing operational support and resource management. In this position, you will provide strategic oversight and guidance for various mission support components, including technology, logistics, engineering, and medical services 🚑. You will ensure effective planning, forecasting, and coordination of resources while fostering collaboration with UN headquarters to meet mission goals 📈. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in human resources, finance, or administration, possess a master’s degree, and demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and strong accountability 🌍. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus.
