Concept Note Consultant

We are seeking a consultant for the role of developing a project concept note for electric buses in Tarawa, Kiribati. 🌍 This remote position is expected to last for 2.5 months and will require the consultant to prepare a comprehensive concept note, in collaboration with the local TNA team and the Office of Te Beretitenti, for submission to the GEF/GCF. The consultant should hold an advanced degree in relevant fields and have at least 10 years of experience in climate change mitigation, transport, and climate finance.
