Job Description

As a Construction Engineer with the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) 🌍, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and implementing construction projects while ensuring they meet sustainability standards and legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing facility maintenance, conducting technical studies, monitoring contractor performance, and managing project budgets to ensure timely completion. You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize the environmental impact of our initiatives. This position is based in Abyei and is expected to last for six months. A master’s degree in Engineering, along with at least seven years of experience in construction and facilities management, are required. Join us in making a meaningful difference!
