Consultancy for Modernization of UNRWA Governance

Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant (P4 level) to support UNRWA with a comprehensive analysis of governance and union models. The consultant will produce an Inception Report detailing methodologies and stakeholder engagement, followed by a Comparative Analysis Report on governance practices within the UN system, along with Gap Analysis and Recommendations for modernizing UNRWA’s governance and staff union statutes. The role requires a solid background in political analysis, governance reform, and engagement with diverse stakeholders, with a focus on crafting actionable recommendations. This consultancy will be based in HQ Amman, with the flexibility of remote work. Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with UN operations is a plus.
