Job Description

The consultant will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive report in Arabic on blockchain technology, focusing on its national implementation in Mauritania. This task includes creating a minimum 30-page document enriched with data and an executive summary, all formatted in MS-Word. Key responsibilities involve reviewing global practices, analyzing current digital policies in Mauritania, and conducting stakeholder interviews to gather insights. A recommendation section will follow a gap analysis to suggest a suitable national policy. A solid background in digital technologies and fluency in Arabic is essential, with proficiency in English or French preferred. This remote position is expected to last 1.5 months. šŸŒšŸ“Š
