Job Description

We are seeking a National Consultant to support the United Nations in conducting a Midterm Review of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) in Libreville, Gabon, for a duration of 20 days. Under the guidance of an International Consultant, you will produce essential reports including a methodology description, a preliminary assessment report, and a final report. Your role will entail analyzing existing programming documents, engaging with key stakeholders through qualitative interviews, and performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to measure impact and performance. A Master’s degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of experience in international development evaluation are required. Strong analytical and writing skills in both English and French are essential. 🌍📈
