The consultant for the United Nations Environment Programme will play a key role in supporting the Secretariat with a study on contribution rates for the Cali Fund, focusing on revenue generation and economic competitiveness. This remote, nine-month consultancy involves tasks such as reviewing literature, developing a concept note, creating models for contribution rates, engaging stakeholders, and presenting findings to the Steering Committee. The ideal candidate should have an advanced degree in economics or related fields and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
